You're correct and the confirmation hearings look like an act to create division and outrage.

It's a distraction that is not going to work. Why? Because we aren't what they expected 💜. They've miscalculated.

They have lost big time as COVID didn't get their intended result.... A population that's compliant. Read the transcript below the video and be wowed.

So good to get a straightforward way to deal with these conversations. I was/am infuriated that the hearing was so poorly managed by Mr. Crapo. This hearing was supposed to inform and, yes, to provide real answers. Not get set up with those stupid yes/no questions. They should be disallowed. Bernie and Liz were childish; laughable. The Senator from my state, Oregon, was the worst of all. (No surprise there!) Ron Wyden was vicious. Accusing RFKjr of being a conspiracy theorist. Monkey see, monkey do. Haven't we moved on from that? The only good thing out of it is it shows his total ignorance. He hasn't done 5" of due diligence. Now we know what he truly is.

Yes, and did you see Senator Kennedy's comment to Kash about being a conspiracy theorists. "Here's the epic moment when

@JohnKennedyLA mocked Sen. Durbin for calling

@Kash_Patel a conspiracy theorist.

"Sounds to me like we need to get some new conspiracy theories because all the old ones turned out to be true," @SenJohnKennedy said.

"Facts matter, senator," Kash responds.

"I mean, conspiracy theorists are up something like 37 to nothing," Kennedy added.

THIS. WAS. BRILLIANT!

Wonderful elaboration, Alix!

It seems to boil down to people who want TRUTH or people who want COMFORT.

It takes courage and love for the quality of our civilization to demand truth and to resist information which lands well and brings unsubstantiated feelings of comfort or safety. People mistake crowd agreement with truth or safety.

We are so blessed to have you, Alix, as a searchlight beacon on one hand and a lighthouse on the other. Your courage, empathy and gifts for making the complex more simple are treasures.

So true, Peter, it is truth versus comfort. But it’s false comfort as we know too well!

This is great Alix. You're still on the top of my freedominator list. And of course we need to HEAR all sides and go gently. The bifurcation of this topic cost many of us friends and family members. I remember when Eileen Dannemann of the Vaccine Liberation Army, bought books for each Congressperson in Sacramento and hand-delivered a personal copy of Dr. Humpries Vaccine Illusion to each one. We had no idea that this was not a welcome approach. The war had begun. It was us against them, with no bridge to connect. Someone cut the string on the empty juice cans we used to use to play telephone, and we were forever disconnected on this topic. I like your suggestion to repair. We need better ways of communicating so we can live together in our global village. Loving you... xoxo M

Hey Ned. Great to see you here. Yes, true. Humans can be hard-headed and also flexible. I'm just as hard-headed with my own opinions, and not a great debater because I'm too immature actually. I just get angrier and angrier.

If you understand that these hearings are about what you think they're about, then it becomes more obvious. The decision on RFK Jr, was made weeks ago if not months. These senators will be getting the largest viewership that they've had in year, and this is an opportunity for them to get really great sound bites for their reelection campaigns. Remember back when Rand Paul and Fauci were having their little squirmish on national television? At the time Rand Paul had enough evidence against Fauci to have the marshals come in and handcuff him and take him away, he and his cronies. He didn't why? Because after every little tryst they had, Rand paul could cut a short video saying, "look at me, I'm fighting the fight for you, send me money for my reelection."

Although these senators look like complete A-Holes to the people in the know, for the majority of the plebes, they look like they are doing their jobs.

Great points. They are getting great soundbites, not just for the public, but also to appease their pharma funders. Meltdowns were consistently among those most funded by Pharma.

Maybe... When someone says "what about polio, we need to answer with 'OK. Are you ready and willing to talk openly about polio? Or is that question just something to close any conversation?' "
